RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY At In Unison School Apparel we want our customers to be fully satisfied. Below are the options available to you for returns and exchanges.

In Store Purchases:

In Unison will quickly refund, replace or exchange any unworn, unwashed item with the original tags within 14 days of your purchase when purchased in our retail store. After 14 days and up to the 30th day, you may receive a store credit for future use in the retail store, online, or at a school on-site sale up to 30 days. We cannot offer a refund or accept a return or exchange for items if they have been worn, soiled, washed, altered or changed in any way from its original form. All return items must be resalable and all original labels and tags must be attached.

Internet Orders:

In Unison will quickly refund, replace or exchange your item within 30 days if purchased online at www.inunisonkids.com. After 30 days and up to 60 days, you may receive a store credit for future use in the retail store, online, or at a school on-site sale. We cannot offer a refund or accept a return or exchange for items if they have been worn, soiled, washed, altered or changed in any way from its original form. All return items must be resalable and all original labels and tags must be attached.

On-Site Sales:

In Unison will quickly refund, replace or exchange your item within 30 days of your purchase when purchased at a school on-site sale. After 30 days, you may receive a store credit for future use in the retail store, online, or at a school on-site sale. We cannot offer a refund or accept a return or exchange for items if they have been worn, soiled, washed, altered or changed in any way from its original form. All return items must be resalable and all original labels and tags must be attached.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds on return shipping may be requested if the product was shipped in error or defective. Refund requests are reviewed on an individual basis and are granted at the discretion of the company depending on the reason for the return. Return shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly upon shipment of the exchanged items if a refund is issued.
